La Pavoni has taken their 16 cup model "Professional" and incorporated new technology in a bold visual design. La Pavoni has added a triple chome plated dome and a mounted eagle on top. The safety valve is now cleverly incorporated under the dome. Other features include a mounted pressure gauge, stainless steel heating element and safety reset fuse. The filter handles are a generous 52mm in diameter.
