This multi-boiler system is a first for Rocket’s U.S. catalogue. Adjust the temperature of the two small boilers in front for each group head with the PID. Save power overnight by turning them off at night while leaving on the main boiler. This independent boiler system can also save time during the morning rush.
Each group head can be customized with its own shot timer, PID, and automatic buttons, allowing multiple baristas to work independently. Oversized, round handle controls allow you to feather the steam and adjust precisely how much goes into your cappuccino or latte. The generously sized cup tray keeps your shot glasses and mugs warm and organized.
