This versatile machine features dual boilers for steaming and brewing, giving you more control. A plug-in PID with a large display gives you the power to change the temperature of both boilers. You can choose to plumb the system directly for a constant supply of fresh water. Or, use the large included water reservoir which is easy to maintain with its low-water sensor. Pre-infusion of both the brew and steam let you bring out the best in your brew, from rich crema to billowing foam.
Carefully considered design details include its large ergonomic knobs, a metal rail on the cup heater, and a drip tray with plastic runners to stop vibration. My Espresso Shop is currently shipping the latest version of this machine, which has a larger PID display.
